Black Scale (BLVCK SCVLE) was founded by long time HUFsf employee and manager Michael Yabut aka MEGA and Alfred De Tangle. Growing up in the bay and collecting sneakers for years landed him his job at Keith Hufnagels HUF Store in SF and he worked there until recently when he wanted to focus on his own line instead, Black Scale is steadily growing and taking the Street wear world with a storm. They recently opened up the first Black Scale store in SF and there is no stopping them now.

“The whole aesthetic behind Black Scale has deep meaning that is expressed through simple and classic designs based on our life experiences. We always dreamed about having a clothing line. We never really planned on it till one day my partner Alfred and I thought it was the right time to push out a couple tees. The response we got from our first season was so strong and inspirational that we knew we had a great responsibility on our shoulders to share our experiences with the people.” -Mega in his Hypebeast Interview.
